Israeli prime minister Bejmain Netanyahu looks to have secured victory in the country's 2019 general election. With most of the votes counted, he is running neck and neck with his main challenger Benny Gantz of the centrist Blue and White Party. But Netanyahu is in a stronger position to form a coalition with the support of a number of right-wing parties. A fifth term would make Netanyahu Israel's longest-serving Prime Minister, even surpassing the founding father of the Jewish state, David Ben-Gurion. Earlier, after voting ended, exit polls appeared to indicate a neck-and-neck race between Netanyahu and his closest rival, Benny Gantz of the centrist Blue and White Alliance. As the night went on and vote counts came in, it remained a close-run thing.

Israel is lucky Bibi won. Gantz is a Globalist that while saying some of the right things will allow foreign interests to affect Israel's policies possibly in favor of Gazans and Arabs .
He has security credentials and is portrayed as a strong man but will be not as strong as Netanyahu because he will owe favors and be affected by outside influences .
Netanyahu may be a bit bent all politicians are but he is 100 % for Israel and does not bow to UN or others who would weaken Israel .

TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!!! For the win of Benjamin Netanyahu. GOD puts you on that position, GOD only also can remove you from that position. I hope you obey GOD's commandments and his will. You listen to GOD's voice and not men's voice.

Israel's incumbent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is on course for a record fifth term, election results show.

Netanyahu has an advantage as nearly all right-wing parties have declared their support to the Israeli leader, Israeli media reported.

The Likud party with the help of other right-wing parties are likely to muster enough support to get a majority in the 120-seat parliament, the Knesset.

Likud and the centrist Blue and White party - led by Netanyahu's main rival Benny Gantz - tied at 35 seats apiece with 97 percent of votes counted.
