An alarming US border policy forced fumigations on migrants at the US-Mexico border.

In 1917, American health officials launched a campaign to use noxious, often toxic chemicals to delouse immigrants seeking to enter at the US-Mexico border. The same practice had caused a fire in an El Paso jail the year before and killed 27 people.

17-year-old Juárez maid Carmelita Torres refused to go through it, sparking a protest of thousands of Mexicans at the El Paso border. Although they briefly shut down the border, the campaign would continue for decades -- and go on to inspire Nazi scientists.

I just realized something: At 13:29 David Ward from Fox News says that the migrants are coming in with smallpox...
Smallpox has been eradicated globally for a few decades by now.
Well would you look at that, 100 years later we're once again dehumanizing Mexicans and Mexican Americans in our lovely US of A.

I took a Latino studies class in college and it talked about the Bracero program but never about this! How insanes

Well this is nothing new. They did this on Ellis Island with European immigrants as well.

And it's interesting to see how history conveniently forgets this but we know what Germany did to the 'T'

Wow. This needs to be shared.
Garbage reporting. Very few facts, yet many admitted rumors. The DDT was present in many products, not just supposedly used on luce-ridden foreigners. DDT was sprayed throughout out towns via airplanes, we sprayed it in our houses, on ourselves. It was in many commercial bug repellants, including Off.
Classrooms throughout america had always been checked for lice, and treatments were not non-toxic.
I hope if anybody gets the related sicknesses, its the people who produce this bs. I myself have had TB as a child thanks to a migrant worker brought to our house by the church.
awfully good
it’s gonna repeat, if we don’t stop it
Common people lets go
Start riots please lets help
*i don’t want kids but my friends do, I don’t want them to be scared to have young Mexican American children because of this. Please I hate it I HATE IT*

@Alora Gonzales & Perla Herrera I’m a 1st Nations Tribe member of the Díne People (Navajo). I remember in high school when our teacher taught us our people’s history. Then the AZ school board found out & told him to stick with the AZ school curriculum (white mans history’s & achievements). We lost interest is that class very fast.
Another proof that we learn what they want us to learn. So many details in history that remain hidden from us

Bruh see i been saying this we needa over throw this system and build new one with better structures and rules not letting men with power keep running the show

This is insanely more eye opening than anything regarding the warehouses.

This video provides more proof that the US has always been a disgustingly racist nation. The current regime merely allows US racism to come out into the open. Again.
