Our children are amidst a mental health crisis, with no signs of it abating. In this thought-provoking talk, Sally articulates why we need to do something different to tackle the problem. As Einstein stated, no problem can be solved with the same level of consciousness that created it.

Amongst a fast moving and changing external world, Sally discusses how teaching our children how to tap into different internal states of being, could help them maintain optimal states and mental health. To not only survive in the modern world, but to thrive in it.

How would the world be changed for the better if our next generation could overcome their current mental health difficulties and become self empowered?

Sally initially worked as a psychologist before discovering the power of helping people understand how to use their brain and bodies to create true lasting change and transformation. She is CEO and founder of Our Thriving Kids ( [www.ourthrivingkids.com](http://www.ourthrivingkids.com/) ) and Our Thriving Adults ( [www.ourthrivingadults.com](http://www.ourthrivingadults.com/) ) and serves on the leadership team for Dr Joe Dispenza, facilitating transformation of 1000s of people at week long events worldwide. Sally is passionate about empowering people to become the best versions of themselves and uses the most sophisticated computer equipment and machinery in the world to do so – our brains and bodies. Originally a psychologist, she studied neuroscience and meditation. She is a corporate consultant and trainer for international speaker and best selling author, Dr Joe Dispenza. She believes that learning about our brains and the power of our minds is the ultimate tool in transformation and self-empowerment.

Sally teaches adults, literally, how to change their minds, creating transformational shifts in individuals and organizations. She also teaches children and educators skills for growing a healthy brain and being able to mentally thrive in the fast changing world. In 2017, 27-year-old Cassie De Pecol set two Guinness World Records for the fastest travel around the world to every sovereign country. Join Cassie for an in depth look at how she did it, what it was like, and for the first time publicly, the real reason why she started the expedition. Cassie De Pecol is a world traveler, keynote speaker, brand ambassador, triathlete, activist, and entrepreneur. Born in 1989, she was raised and homeschooled in rural Connecticut. She enjoyed "out of the box" educational and multicultural experiences at various universities before deciding to begin her solo travels to 25 countries at the age of 21. In 2015, she started fresh, traveling alone to all 196 countries and securing two Guinness World Records.
