This looks like a Level 3 project! I hope that you will have hearing protection in your Helmet as well as communication facilities to keep you above "ground level" for the foreseeable future.

When are we getting an update?! I'm excited to hear more!

Sorry to say this but it seems the ones that don't know anything get all the financial support to do projects like this. It's makes the rest of us shake our heads.

I would have loved to own it before you cut it up. Was a fantastic looking Elco when you picked it up! Hope it works after all of this.

Hopefully you have a way to prevent the jet from lighting if you pull a wheelstand since that would negate the 1 degree down position of the jet and send you into orbit. Normal jet cars are thrust only and don’t have to worry about climbing the ring gear.

Is this a LS assisted jet car or a jet assisted LS car?

Colorado 4x4 Rescue and Recovery - Red Feather The Jet Camino's Roll Cage is INCREDIBLE... 2 days ago   22:52

Sunday March 24th 2019 a team from Colorado 4x4 Rescue and Recovery ventured up to Red Feather Lakes for a double header recovery and some recon on a 3rd.

The side by side was a quick snatch strap recovery that occurred simultaneously as the 4 runner recovery. Both machines sat for almost a week and the warm temps melted the snow substantially.

Both recoveries were pretty simple, but getting our team up to the side by side proved difficult in the deep snow in the shadows of the trees (thumbnail). We ended up getting stuck and had to get one of our own vehicles out first and use the smaller side by sides to get us up the hill the rest of the way.

After all this was done there was a side trip elsewhere (will be different video) on foot after driving as far as we safely could in the super deep snow to a 3rd vehicle that ultimately has to sit until the snow melts. Stay tuned for this video!

Another spectacular day in the Colorado mountains!!
